BioThe proverbial drop for this diary to be born was when I saw some friends complaining about the bad taste of some pre-made carbonara sauce. Carbonara sauce??? Pre- made??? Isn't that the easiest sauce in the world?
Also, I've seen people gloat over a 5-ingredients apple crumble, asian pastries or fondue and more.
There are many recipes with only 5 ingredients, that can be done in less than 20 minutes and don't require exaggerate expenses.
With this journal, I intend to learn readers how to make easy, enjoyable meals, and even to impress guests without having to spend too much money, or time shopping or in the kitchen.
I invite all readers to send me their easy recipes as well (tamdangvu@gmail.com). I will post those on this journal with reference to them if they meet 3 requirements: cheap and fast to make, and not overly ingredient-intensive.
